Insurance body launches COVID-19 business interruption test case

The Insurance Council of Australia has turned to the courts following numerous complaints by small businesses about insurers denying their COVID-19 pandemic-related business interruption claims, Reuters reported. The Hollard Insurance Company Pty. Ltd. and HDI Global Specialty SE have offered two rejected claims for the test case.
