Sedgwick reshapes executive suite

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. named Mike Arbour CEO and announced that its former long-time chief Dave North will be executive chairman of the third-party administrator. 

Previously, Mr. Arbour was group president of global operations at Sedgwick. Prior to joining Sedgwick, he was CEO of Naperville, Illinois-based Vericlaim Inc., which Sedgwick bought in 2014.

Mr. North, who was previously chairman, president and CEO, has led Sedgwick for more than 25 years, growing it into the world’s largest TPA through a series of acquisitions.

In addition, former group president of sales and marketing Bob Peterson was named president of Sedgwick.
