Beirut blast causes up to $5 billion damage

The blast in Beirut on Aug. 4 is expected to have caused up to $5 billion worth of damage, Middle East Insurance Review reports citing media sources. A fire caused the explosion at port warehouses and killed at least 100 people and injured nearly 4,000 others. Numerous buildings and vehicles have suffered damage.
