Fight over business interruption claims continues

U.K.-based law firm Rubric Lois King Solicitors has sued insurers on behalf of more than 300 businesses for denying business interruption claims related to the coronavirus pandemic, BDaily News reports. A test case is already underway after the Financial Conduct Authority took Europe's largest insurers to court to establish if they should pay pandemic-related claims.
