Allianz acquires Brazilian insurer
Posted On: Jul. 15, 2020 8:00 AM CSTGermany-based Allianz SE has completed the acquisition of Brazilian insurer SulAmerica SA's property/casualty and car insurance unit for around €500 million ($569 million), 1asig reports. Allianz expects to increase its share of the Brazilian property/casualty insurance market to 9% with this deal.
