Marine insurers introduce clause against forced labor

Insurers and brokers in London have introduced a marine cargo insurance clause that aims to keep modern slavery out of trade supply chains, Global Trade Review reports. Aon PLC, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd. and Marsh LLC have developed the clause that makes it compulsory for the insured to comply with legal and regulatory obligations related to forced and child labor.
