BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Residents of Opal Tower in the Australian state of New South Wales have sued Sydney Olympic Park Authority and the state government after allegedly finding around 500 defects in the building, The Australian reported. The new issues that range from facade to hydraulic defects have led to a 1,000% rise in insurance premiums. Nearly 300 people were evacuated from the 36-floor tower on Christmas Eve in 2018 after an internal wall cracked and shook the building.
