Global COVID-19 claims to reach $70 billion: Berenberg

Analysts at German investment banking firm Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG predict that global insurance and reinsurance claims related to the COVID-19 pandemic to range from $50 billion to $70 billion, Artemis reports. They said that Lloyd's of London's estimate that nonlife COVID-19 claims will total $107 billion is too high.
