Chinese hackers could target Indian firms

Singapore-based cyber intelligence provider Cyfirma said that hacking groups with links to the Chinese government may target Indian firms, Livemint reported. These companies include tire manufacturer MRF Ltd., telecommunications firms Bharti Airtel Ltd., Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. and Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., pharma company Cipla Ltd., newspapers Hindustan Times and The Times of India and news channel Republic TV.
