Global cloud-based cyberattacks skyrocket

A report by U.S.-based cyber security firm McAfee Inc. said that cloud-based cyber attacks on businesses across the world increased 630% between January and April, The Times of India reports. The attacks targeted collaboration services such as Microsoft 365. The report included data from various industries including financial services, health care, public sector, education, retail, technology, manufacturing, energy, utilities, legal, real estate, transportation and business services.
