Equity firm buys Swedish broker from Willis Towers Watson

Swedish equity firm Nordic Capital Svenska AB is acquiring local broker Max Matthiessen AB from insurance broker Willis Towers Watson PLC, Reuters reports. Nordic Capital aims to scale its operations with the acquisition, the terms of which were not disclosed. Max Matthiessen's revenues totaled 1.55 billion Swedish kroner ($160 million) last year.
