Hiscox ILS funds not exposed to business interruption claims

Bermuda-based insurer Hiscox Ltd. said that none of the insurance-linked securities funds under its management are exposed to its U.K. small and medium-sized enterprise business interruption policies, Artemis reports. Several insurers in the United Kingdom are currently facing legal action as business owners try to make business interruption claims related to the pandemic.
