Energy firm suffers cyber attack, extorted for $11 million

Energy firm Energias de Portugal has suffered a ramsomware attack, in which more than 10TB of sensitive files were stolen, Bleeping Computer reported. Hackers have threatened to leak the data if the Portuguese company does not pay a ransom of nearly $11 million for the confidential information on billing, contracts, transactions, clients, and partners.
