Film producers push for insurers to cover coronavirus damage

French film producers are pushing for insurers to cover damage caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Variety reported. Valerie Lepine-Karnik, head of a French producers' guild, said that the ministries of finance and culture and the National Film Board are exploring different scenarios to get insurers on board.
