Insurtech buys Access Partners

Harrison, New York-based insurtech firm Integrated Specialty Coverages Inc. has acquired wholesaler Access Partners LLC, a multi-line wholesale broker.

Sacramento, California-based Access Partners offers a broad range of lines of business, with a focus on workers compensation, according to the announcement issued Tuesday.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Integrated Specialty is backed by affiliates of New York-based Sightway Capital, which is a unit of New York-based hedge fund Two Sigma Investments LP.

The acquisition is Integrated Specialty’s fourth since its 2016 founding, according to the announcement.
