Allianz's property/casualty writings boom in Asia Pacific

Germany-based insurer Allianz SE's property/casualty revenue increased more than 32% to €1.2 billion ($1.3 billion) last year in the Asia Pacific region, Asia Insurance Review reports. Total revenue grew 1.6% to nearly €7 billion while operating profit rose nearly 23% to €435 million.
