TigerRisk names head of capital advisory

TigerRisk Partners LLC named William A. Cooper to the newly created position of managing director and head of capital advisory, the broker said in a statement Friday.

Mr. Cooper will work with TigerRisk’s clients to help optimize capital and financing structures, the statement said.

He will be based in London and report to James Few, CEO of Tiger U.K., according to an email from a spokesman.

Previously, Mr. Cooper was managing director of insurance and specialist finance for Lloyds Bank PLC.
