DDoS attacks nearly double in fourth quarter: Kaspersky
Posted On: Feb. 18, 2020 4:56 AM CSTAnalysis by Russia-based cyber security firm Kaspersky Lab ZAO found that the number of distributed denial-of-service attacks nearly doubled year-over-year in the fourth quarter, Security Brief reports. The analysis also found that there were large-scale DDoS attacks against financial institutions in South Africa, Singapore and Scandinavian countries during the quarter.
