Nissan files $90 million lawsuit against former chairman

Japan-based Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. has filed a $90 million civil lawsuit against its former chairman Carlos Ghosn, accusing him of financial misconduct, CGTN reported. The company has accused Mr. Ghosn of "the use of overseas residential property without paying rent, private use of corporate jets, payments to his sister, and payments to his personal lawyer in Lebanon." He has also been accused of under-reporting compensation by $85 million.
