Alliant names practice leader of public entity group

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. named Carleen Patterson to the newly created position of first vice president, practice leader, within the company’s public entity group, the broker said in a statement Wednesday.

Ms. Patterson will be based in Dallas and provide insurance coverage and risk management expertise to large governmental and higher-education clients, the statement said.

Previously, she was a managing director, national practice leader, public sector with Aon PLC, according to her LinkedIn profile.
