Australian bushfires reinsurance impact may be limited

U.K.-based insurance broker Aon PLC said that the Australian bushfire impact on reinsurance will not be as significant as some previous events, Asia Insurance Review reports. This is because definitions applied to bushfire events in reinsurance contracts limit recoverable damage either by time or geographical extent.
