BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Pornhub sued

A pornography website facing a lawsuit says it already offers what the plaintiff is seeking: closed captions.

Pornhub on Thursday fired back on a class action lawsuit filed by a deaf man claiming that the site violates the Americans with Disabilities Act by not offering subtitles, according to celebrity news site TMZ.com, which accessed the suit.

TMZ wrote that “the plaintiff says the deaf and hearing impaired can't understand the audio portion of videos on the websites.”

A Pornhub spokesperson, in response to the allegations, told TMZ that it understands that the man “is suing Pornhub for claiming we’ve denied the deaf and hearing impaired access to our videos. While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we’d like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category.”
