NCCI announces new chief actuary

The Boca Raton, Florida-based National Council on Compensation Insurance on Tuesday announced Donna Glenn as its new chief actuary.

Ms. Glenn, who begins her new post on Feb. 3, last led the national insurance business segment for casualty product and underwriting at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in Boston. She replaces Kathy Antonello, who left her post at NCCI in August 2019.

At Liberty Mutual, Ms. Glenn led workers compensation strategy for both guaranteed cost and loss-sensitive business. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Ms. Glenn held various positions at several insurers and has experience in commercial and personal lines of insurance including workers compensation, commercial auto, general liability, umbrella and excess liability.
