Bushfires-related claims to surpass $620 million

The Insurance Council of Australia expects bushfire-related claims to surpass $900 million Australia ($621 million), Asia Insurance Review reported citing 9News. The bushfires, which started in September, have burnt more than 10 million hectares of land and 2,000 homes, killed at least 28 people and destroyed wildlife and livestock.
