FWD Group acquires Siam City Insurance

Hong Kong-based insurer FWD Group Management Holdings Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Thailand-based Siam City Insurance Co. Ltd., Asia Insurance Review reports. FWD will honor all existing policies of SCI after the acquisition. SCI customers will continue to receive their protection, benefits and services in accordance and with the terms of their policies.
