Boeing faces another lawsuit for 737 Max planes

Aircraft leasing firm Timaero Ireland Ltd. has filed a $185 million lawsuit against Boeing Co. to cancel an order for 22 737 Max planes, CNN reports. Timaero has alleged that "Boeing deliberately and knowingly failed to disclose the safety issues associated with the design of the 737 Max." The lawsuit follows a similar one brought in by Russian aircraft leasing company Avia Leasing Corp. in August to cancel an order of 35 planes.
