VW faces fresh class action suit over emissions cheating

German automaker Volkswagen AG has been accused of installing emissions-cheating software in diesel vehicles in the United Kingdom, Bloomberg reported. Owners of nearly 100,000 vehicles have filed class action lawsuits against the company and alleged that the software makes it appear as if their vehicles met environmental standards.
