ILS appetite for cyber risk is limited: Experts

Insurance and reinsurance experts Hans-Joachim Guenther and Peter Hacker have said that there is no immediate way for insurance-linked securities to get into the cyberspace due to a lack of modeling capabilities, Artemis reported. As cyber risk continuously evolves and more and more breaches and network security failure occur, driving increasingly complex and higher loss scenarios, ILS appetite for the risk is limited.
