Lawsuit against makers of buildings with inflammable cladding

Owners of buildings with potentially inflammable cladding in New Zealand are being urged to join a class action suit seeking damages from the builders, RNZ reported. Australia-based litigation funding firm IMF Bentham Ltd. said the case would also seek damages from manufacturers of Alucobond and Vitrabond PE core cladding products.
