Small, mid-sized firms suffer $4.4 billion in damage from typhoon

The Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said that typhoon Hagibis caused $4.4 billion worth of damage to small and medium-sized businesses in the country, NHK reports. Fukushima prefecture was hit the hardest and suffered $980 million worth of damage, followed by Miyagi ($890 million).
