Egypt aims to close $2.8 billion insurance gap

Alaa El-Zoheiry, president of the Insurance Federation of Egypt, said that the agency aims to close the $2.8 billion insurance protection gap in the country, Middle East Insurance Review reports citing Hapi. The IFE plans to narrow the gap through agricultural insurance, microinsurance, and government asset insurance.
