French utility fined $44 million

Poland's anti-monopoly body has fined France-based utility Engie Group $44 million as part of proceedings against Russian natural gas firm Gazprom PJSC, Reuters reports. UOKiK said Engie had refused to provide it with documents and information about the agreements it signed with Gazprom for Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
