Hiscox to launch cyber ILS fund

Bermuda-based insurer Hiscox Ltd. plans to launch an insurance-linked securities fund focused on cyber risks, Artemis reported. The insurer looks to use its expertise in underwriting cyber insurance and reinsurance together with its Hiscox Re Insurance Linked Strategies ILS management expertise to create an ILS opportunity.
