Half of firms not prepared for cyber attack: Survey

A survey by U.S.-based cyber security firm FireEye Inc. found that more than 50% of companies across the world are not prepared to face a cyber attack, Mashable reported. Nearly 30% of firms that have cyber attack and breach mitigation plans in place have not updated them in the last 12 or more months. Less than 5% said that they are not ready to face a data breach at all.
