James Ong, chief executive of Asia at U.S.-based Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc., said that loss adjusters will need to embrace technology like the use of drowns, artificial intelligence and image recognition in order to remain relevant in the future, Asia Insurance Review reports. He added that loss adjusters can act as valuable data providers to insurers through their experience in handling claims.
