Couple kicked off cruise for loud lovemaking sue

A couple kicked off a cruise ship for loud lovemaking has filed a complaint against the cruise line, reported the New York Daily News on Monday.

The frisky paramours, who are German, filed a complaint against Hamburg, Germany-based TUI Cruises, alleging that they were unlawfully tossed from their ship around 1 a.m. and stranded on the Caribbean island of Barbados with no luggage for accidentally leaving their balcony door open and possibly being a little loud while lovemaking. However, they said they never had a physical confrontation with the crew who allegedly entered the cabin after the tryst to remove them from the cruise boat, reported the news outlet.

The couple are seeking compensation for the flight from Barbados to Paris and train home from there, estimated at $10,000, plus compensation for emotional damages, according to the Daily News.
