BMS names property executive

BMS Group Ltd. has named Jeff Irvan as chief property officer, U.S. reinsurance, effective immediately, the broker said in a statement Monday.

Mr. Irvan will report to BMS U.S. reinsurance president Pete Chandler, who joined BMS from JLT Re in May. 

Mr. Irvan most recently led Willis Re’s Atlanta office, the statement said, and has in the past focused on property excess and surplus coverage.
