Based in London, Mr. Carter will be part of the risk and analytics leadership team and will report to John Merkovsky, head of risk and analytics within corporate risk and broking, Willis Towers Watson said in a statement.

Mr. Carter was previously finance director for Willis Towers Watson’s investment, risk and reinsurance segment, and prior to joining the brokerage worked at HSBC Holdings PLC as regional head of business finance, retail banking and wealth management in Europe, the statement said.
