Prosecutors open negligence probe into chemical plant fire

French prosecutors have opened an investigation into a fire at U.S.-based industrial lubricants manufacturer Lubrizol Corp.'s chemical storage facility near the French city of Rouen in September, RTL reports citing Agence France-Presse. The investigation has been opened into "involuntary destruction caused by fire due an obviously deliberate breach of a security obligation."
