Crawford & Co. on Wednesday said it has promoted Jack Schafer, client officer for contractor connection and global tech services, to senior vice president and chief client officer of U.S. loss adjusting.
The promotion is effective Nov. 1, according to a spokeswoman for the claims management company, who added “this is a promotion of his current role,” thus no successor is needed.
Mr. Schafer, a 23-year veteran of Crawford, will lead its business development efforts across its U.S. loss adjusting services, the Atlanta-based company said in a statement.
He will report to Rohit Verma, Crawford’s global chief operating officer, the statement said.
Claims management firm Crawford & Co. on Friday named Lisa Bartlett president of its U.K. and Ireland operations, where she will succeed Clive Nicholls, who is retiring.
