Alternative capital uptake to increases: Moody’s

A survey by U.S.-based Moody’s Investors Services found that most insurers and reinsurers will increase their use of alternative capital to transfer their risks, Artemis reported. The findings reflect the increasing mainstreaming of alternative capital and insurance-linked securities across the insurance and reinsurance marketplace.
