Ping An's profits soars more than 60%

Ping An Insurance Group Company of China Ltd.'s net profit grew more than 63% year-on-year to nearly 130 billion Chinese yuan ($18.4 billion) in the first nine months, Asia Insurance Review reports. Operating profit increased 21.5% to surpass CNY 104 billion, while property/casualty premiums rose 8.7% to nearly CNY 197 billion.
