Latam Airlines cancels nearly 230 flights amid unrest in Chile

Chile-based airline Latam Airlines Group SA cancelled nearly 230 domestic and international flight services from Santiago International Airport between Oct. 20 and Oct. 22 due to ongoing massive protests, FlightGlobal reported. Protestors have been rioting in Santiago and surrounding areas over an increase in public transport costs.
