Egypt moves to make commercial insurance compulsory

The Financial Regulatory Authority of Egypt has finalized legislation that adds 21 new classes of compulsory insurance, Middle East Insurance Review reports. These include professional liability for doctors and lawyers and comprehensive legal liability for stadiums, clubs, theatres and cinemas.
