Dam bursts in Siberia, kills at least 15 people

Russian authorities said that a dam on the Seiba river in the Siberian region of Krasnoyarsk burst and flooded two workers' dormitories at a gold mine, killing at least 15 people, News 18 reported citing the Associated Press. Officials said the dam had apparently been built in breach of safety rules.
