Phishing fraud causes $1.5 billion in damage

Data from the Korean National Police Agency showed that phishing frauds caused 1.74 trillion South Korean won ($1.5 billion) worth of damage between 2013 and August of this year, Pulse reported. The number of phishing fraud cases totaled 163,664 during the period.
