2020 emissions cap presents major risk for shipping sector

The IMO has ruled that the sector's sulfur emissions in international waters must be reduced by more than 80% starting Jan. 1, 2020. Cargo carriers will probably be able to recoup the costs of the emissions cap, but the change presents huge risk.
