Fire at China factory kills 19

A fire broke out at a factory in China's Ninghai County on Sep. 29, killing 19 people, Millennium Post reported citing Xinhua. The facility, in east China, is owned by Ruiqi Daily Necessities Co. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
