Former Clyde & Co partners leading 35-attorney firm

Eight partners who left Clyde & Co last month are leading a new 35-attorney law firm that specializes in insurance and reinsurance law, the firm said in a statement Wednesday.

Insurance- and reinsurance-related specialties of San Francisco-based Atheria Law P.C., which also includes attorneys based in Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York, includes professional liability and technology, privacy and cyber.

The founding partners, whose departure to start their own firm was announced last month, are Bill Casey, Joan D’Ambrosio, Eric Moon, Christina Terplan, Julie Hawkinson, David Jordan, Christina Marshall and Jamison Narbaitz.  

All except for Mr. Jordan, who has been based in Atlanta, have been based in San Francisco, according to their biographies.

Ms. Terplan will serve as Atheria’s president, according to the statement.
