Berkshire Hathaway opens office in Madrid

U.S.-based Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Co. has opened an office in Madrid, Stock Shares reported citing Yahoo Finance. The insurer has named Ignacio Almazan as country manager, and will underwrite property/casualty, financial, construction and engineering insurance initially in Spain.
